I did 10 100's today in a casual pace and am pretty darn sore ... uh
oh.
Just who thought that I could do repeat 200's and 400's in 24 and 54?
Sure, I used to do this in high school, but that was a long, long time
ago. I'm not sure how quickly or easily this will come back to me but,
for sure, I'm going to have to do more sprinting or fail miserably.
My quads hurt if they barley brush against something.
That's all for today because I can't bare to contemplate this any longer.
